The North Carolina volleyball team will open the 2012 campaign Friday at the University of Kentucky Classic in Lexington, Ky. The Tar Heels will face the Wildcats Friday (7 p.m.), and will play Long Beach State (1 p.m.) and Lipscomb (6 p.m.) on Saturday.
