- UNC Wins Aggie Invite, Sweeps UC Davis
The Tar Heels swept tournament host UC Davis 3-0 on Friday, winning the Aggie Invite championship with three straight wins.
- Carolina Sweeps Utah 3-0
North Carolina swept Utah 3-0 (25-17, 25-19, 25-16) Saturday at the UC Davis Aggie Invitational. With a combined eight service aces, along with 13 kills by sophomore Chaniel Nelson and 21 digs by sophomore Ece Taner, the Tar Heels had a strong offensive and defense game all three sets.
- Tar Heels Defeat Broncos, 3-2
The UNC volleyball team opened play at the Aggie Invite with a win Friday, downing Santa Clara 3-2 (25-14, 25-13, 23-25, 20-25, 15-10). Junior Kayla Berringer and sophomore Chaniel Nelson combined for 29 kills, as sophomore Ece Taner recorded 23 digs and senior Cora Harms contributed 36 assists with 12 digs.
